An exchange or return will be processed only when the items are deemed in good condition and within 30 days from your receipt. All items must be returned in original packaging with all parts included. Your refund will be processed on the same card the item(s) were purchased from, you can expect to see your refund stated on your account within 30 days from the date the return was received.

Shipping charges must be prepaid, C.O.D will not be accepted. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item being returned was a shipping error or a manufacture defect.

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
2. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
